What you will do

• Collaborate with diverse teams to create and manage integrated marketing communication pieces.
• Strategize and coordinate projects with vendors and contractors for sales communications, events, and website content.
• Provide writing and editing support for press releases, promotional materials, and monthly newsletters.
• Develop graphic design assets and perform video editing for various marketing channels.
• Review and edit existing promotional materials to ensure brand adherence and marketing effectiveness.
• Manage communication portals and coordinate marketing and sales division events.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
• Must be based in Los Angeles, CA (on-site position only).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of HTML, WordPress, and SQL.
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or other email automation platforms.
• Ability to use Chat GPT or other AI tools.
• Knowledge of statistical programs such as SAS, SAP, SPSS, or Matlab.
