TL;DR

Principal HR Business Partner (GTM): Partnering with Sales and Marketing leadership to drive people strategy, organizational design, and performance management for the Americas GTM organization with an accent on AI-enabled ways of working and sales compensation. Focus on diagnosing organizational health, coaching VP-level stakeholders, and leading people-related transformations in a high-growth AI environment.

Location: Remote (Must be based in the USA)

Salary: $140,000–$180,000 + bonus & RSUs

What you will do

  • Partner with senior Sales & Marketing leaders to translate GTM strategy into actionable people plans for the Americas.
  • Lead organizational design, workforce planning, and restructures aligned with portfolio priorities.
  • Coach leaders on performance management, top talent retention, and handling difficult incentive-linked conversations.
  • Operationalize sales compensation plans in collaboration with Rewards teams.
  • Drive AI-enabled transformation and the adoption of new tools and workflows across the GTM organization.
  • Use engagement and performance data to co-create health-improvement action plans.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience as an HRBP supporting GTM or customer-facing organizations.
  • Proven ability to influence VP-level stakeholders and navigate ambiguity.
  • Expertise in org design, change management, and employee relations.
  • Experience managing quota-carrying populations and sales compensation.
  • Track record of coaching leaders in high-change, AI-enabled environments.
  • Must be based in the USA.
