What you will do

• Lead structured discovery sessions to identify opportunities for AI, automation, and workflow improvements.
• Evaluate and shape AI use cases, ensuring alignment with technical feasibility and enterprise standards.
• Translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements, including process flows and data needs.
• Create comprehensive documentation such as process maps, use case descriptions, and solution requirements.
• Partner with engineering and product teams to support solution design, testing, and validation for AI solutions.
• Support the prioritization and tracking of automation initiatives to ensure measurable business value.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst within a technology-enabled environment.
• Experience supporting automation, workflow optimization, or AI-related projects.
• Technical understanding of system architecture, APIs, data structures, and integrations.
• Familiarity with conversational AI, intelligent agents, and low-code/no-code platforms.
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with Agile teams and non-technical partners.
