What you will do
- Lead discovery sessions to understand business processes and identify opportunities for AI, automation, and workflow improvements.
- Evaluate AI and automation use cases for business alignment, technical feasibility, and enterprise standards.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements covering process flows, decision logic, data needs, and integrations.
- Create process maps, use case descriptions, data flows, and solution requirements.
- Partner with engineering and product teams on solution design, testing, and validation.
- Support prioritization and tracking of automation initiatives, business value, roadmaps, and governance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar technology-enabled role.
- Experience supporting automation, workflow optimization, or AI-related projects.
- Technical understanding of system architecture, APIs, data structures, integrations, and workflows.
- Familiarity with conversational AI, intelligent agents, and low-code or no-code platforms.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with technical and non-technical partners in Agile teams.
