Location: Must be based in Kraków and able to work from the office 3 days a week

Salary: 500-800 PLN per man-day (B2B)

What you will do

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for a greenfield fintech product.
• Act as the Product Owner within a cross-functional squad, owning the backlog and prioritizing features.
• Translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
• Collaborate with Tech Leads, developers, and QA engineers to ensure requirements are feasible and validated.
• Facilitate requirements workshops and maintain comprehensive product specifications and business rules.

Requirements

• Solid commercial experience as a Business Analyst in software development projects.
• Professional experience within the financial services or banking domain.
• Proficiency in writing clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation.
• Experience working within cross-functional agile teams.
• English: Ability to communicate freely in spoken and written form.
• Location: Ability to work from the Kraków office 3 days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience acting as a Product Owner (backlog ownership and prioritization).
• Prior experience with greenfield fintech or digital banking platforms.
• Familiarity with event-driven architectures and modern tech stacks.
• Knowledge of the Middle Eastern financial services market.
• Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in finance.
