What you will do

• Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Gather and document business and functional requirements from product managers and stakeholders.
• Translate requirements into structured user stories and acceptance criteria within Jira.
• Analyze application functionality and dependencies to support impact analysis and solution design.
• Collaborate on cross-system initiatives involving Salesforce, DealCloud, and Snowflake.
• Manage enhancement requests and system updates with detailed documentation.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a technology-driven environment.
• Experience working with Agile or hybrid delivery models.
• Hands-on proficiency with Jira and Confluence for requirements and backlog management.
• Understanding of business applications, systems integration, and data flow concepts.
• Strong analytical and communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Must be based in Mexico, Argentina, Brazil, or Colombia.

Nice to have

• Experience in financial services, private equity, or asset management domains.
• Exposure to enterprise platforms and data-driven applications.
