What you will do

• Lead business requirements gathering and ensure alignment with project goals for domestic and international public sector projects.
• Analyze current business processes, define KPIs, and propose improvements for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications for Azure-based AI and cloud solutions.
• Manage the product backlog and actively participate in agile ceremonies, iteration, and release planning.
• Develop Requirements Management Plans and Traceability Matrixes to monitor the project lifecycle.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and training activities.

Requirements

• University degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in business analysis or related roles.
• Proven experience in documenting requirements for Cloud, AI, and data analytics projects specifically within Azure.
• Sound knowledge of business analysis methodologies and data governance policies.
• Must have PMI-PBA or CBAP certification.
• English: Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.

Nice to have

• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent Agile certification.
• Certifications in project management methodologies such as PMP or PRINCE2.
