What you will do

• Act as a bridge between Product Owners, business stakeholders, and development teams.
• Gather and formalize business requirements into actionable technical specifications and user stories.
• Analyze and optimize sales processes, pipelines, and CRM workflows.
• Map data integration processes and data flow for AI-driven products.
• Coordinate with engineering teams to clarify scope and support delivery processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst working between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Solid understanding of sales team dynamics and CRM workflows.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Must be based in Portugal.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce and its data structures.
• Exposure to AI-driven products, intelligent automation, or Azure AI services.
