Senior Electrical Engineer (Mission Critical)

Location: Brookhaven, Mississippi or Gulfport, Mississippi, USA; in-office or hybrid work. Travel of less than 20% is required.

What you will do

• Lead electrical engineering design for mission-critical, data center, and defense projects.
• Serve as a technical discipline leader across multiple projects and coordinate with internal MEP/FP teams.
• Communicate with owners, contractors, and design partners to deliver project objectives.
• Mentor junior design staff, delegate tasks, and manage overlapping project schedules.
• Perform quality control of electrical engineering work products.
• Support business development, market identification, and strategic planning for the Mississippi office.

Requirements

• 12+ years of consulting or design experience in electrical engineering.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related ABET-accredited program.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Expertise in medium- and low-voltage power systems and high-resiliency mission-critical infrastructure design.
• Experience with Revit and strong written and oral communication skills.
• Strong planning, organization, time management, and technical leadership abilities.
