What you will do

• Lead the technical design of electrical systems for Mission Critical sectors, including Data Centers and Defense projects.
• Collaborate with internal MEP/FP teams to deliver projects that meet specific client objectives.
• Provide technical mentorship to junior design staff and delegate tasks to ensure timely delivery.
• Perform quality control of electrical engineering work products.
• Manage complex client relationships to ensure satisfaction and secure repeat business.
• Support the development of action plans to solicit and secure new work for the Mississippi office.

Requirements

• Registered Professional Engineering (PE) license required.
• 12+ years of experience in engineering consulting and design.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET accredited program.
• Must be based in or able to work from Brookhaven, MS or Gulfport, MS.
• Proficiency in Medium and Low voltage power systems and high resiliency designs.
• Experience with Revit.
