What you will do

• Manage all aspects of civil site and land development projects, from initial concept through final construction.
• Lead and mentor engineering and design teams to ensure quality, accuracy, and efficiency in execution.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, and deliverables while maintaining strong client relationships.
• Perform hands-on design work in AutoCAD Civil 3D to meet company and client standards.
• Coordinate with clients, municipalities, and permitting agencies to facilitate project approvals.
• Assist the Vice President with workload management, resource allocation, and business development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in civil engineering and land development design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Proven experience in project management and team leadership.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
• Experience managing projects across MD, VA, WV, or PA is highly desirable.
