Salary: $92,400 – $161,040 (depending on location)

What you will do

• Manage all aspects of project execution, budgets, and financial expectations.
• Lead the bid process and assist in developing project proposals and contracts.
• Coordinate project deliverables and ensure strict adherence to quality standards.
• Serve as the primary project contact and brand ambassador for clients.
• Manage design and drafting activities to produce project deliverables.
• Resolve project conflicts and proactively collaborate with leaders for resolution.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, science, technology, or business (or 4 years of relevant experience).
• For experienced level: 8+ years of relevant experience, including 4+ years of cumulative project management.
• Proficiency in project management standards and execution.
• Passion for solidifying and nurturing current client and staff relationships.

Nice to have

• Experience with Revit, CAD, and/or Bluebeam.
• Project management certification.
• Professional Engineering (PE) license.
