Salary: $113,520 – $219,600

What you will do

• Lead electrical engineering design from concept through completion for large-scale and complex projects.
• Oversee the preparation of design documents, system layouts, detailed drawings, schematics, and specifications.
• Develop solutions to advanced engineering problems and provide discipline-wide technical guidance.
• Mentor and coach designers and engineers across teams and practices.
• Conduct final quality reviews to ensure compliance with professional standards and best practices.
• Serve as Engineer of Record (EOR) to ensure technical accuracy and professional accountability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical, mechanical, fire protection, or architectural engineering.
• 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required for EOR roles (or must be pursuing PE).
• Expert proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam, and applicable electrical codes and standards.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Additional technical certifications such as RCDD, NICET, CPD, LEED, or WELL.
