What you will do

• Supervise production staff, assign project responsibilities, and manage work performance.
• Align resources with projects to maximize efficiency and meet client expectations.
• Act as hiring manager for the practice, leading interviews for production staff and project managers.
• Manage client relationships within the geographical region and support project pursuits.
• Ensure production of drawings, specifications, and reports meet quality, cost, and schedule requirements.
• Serve as Project Manager for critical clients and projects as needed.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, science, technology, marketing, or business (preferred).
• 8+ years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in personnel or project management.
• Broad proficiency in engineering design fundamentals and advanced knowledge of the A&E industry, codes, and standards.
• Proven track record in motivating, directing, and coaching engineering teams.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
