What you will do

• Provide leadership to the Technical Team, including Design Managers and Coordinators, across all project stages.
• Ensure design compliance with legislation, building safety frameworks, and company standards.
• Manage consultant and subcontractor designer performance, resource allocation, and budgets.
• Fulfill the Building Regulations Principal Designer role and oversee design coordination.
• Contribute to bid opportunities through technical appraisals and value engineering.
• Monitor project progress against programmes and manage change control processes.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to travel to London, UK
• Proven track record in managing design and technical processes for residential buildings.
• Experience with high-rise developments.
• Strong understanding of the Building Safety Act and Building Regulations.
• Valid driving license.
• Proven leadership and people management skills.
