What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of gas transmission and distribution projects, ensuring targets for safety, cost, and quality are met.
• Develop strategic programmes of work and monitor progress against business objectives.
• Lead HSQ&E standards through regular site visits and coaching of operational teams.
• Manage recruitment and development of teams to meet current and future project demands.
• Liaise with clients to achieve KPIs, build trust, and deliver client strategies.
• Collaborate with Commercial Managers to align operations and financial controls.

Requirements

• Experienced Gas or Pipeline Contracts Manager or Senior Project Manager.
• Proven track record of delivering high-value projects from start to finish.
• Commercial awareness and experience with NEC forms of contract.
• Full UK driving license.
• Willingness to travel on a weekly basis with lodging where required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Nice to have

• Experience working with National Grid, Cadent, Northern Gas Networks, or Scotia Gas Networks.
