What you will do

• Lead the strategic direction and optimization of the HRIS platform, serving as the primary SME for configuration and data integrity.
• Design and develop comprehensive HRIS dashboards and analytics to provide leadership with actionable workforce insights.
• Conduct audits of HR processes to identify and implement automation opportunities and efficiency gains.
• Collaborate with IT and other departments on system integrations, security audits, and disaster recovery planning.
• Manage relationships with HRIS vendors and consultants for maintenance and continuous improvement.
• Mentor and support junior HRIS team members on operations and troubleshooting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of HR professional experience, including 5+ years of direct HRIS experience.
• Experience managing SaaS-based HCM systems (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM); Dayforce experience specifically preferred.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office (Advanced skills preferred).
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power BI or other data visualization platforms.
• Previous experience leading HRIS projects.
