What you will do
- Lead the strategic direction and optimization of the HRIS platform, serving as the primary SME for configuration and data integrity.
- Design and develop comprehensive HRIS dashboards and analytics to provide leadership with actionable workforce insights.
- Conduct audits of HR processes to identify and implement automation opportunities and efficiency gains.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments on system integrations, security audits, and disaster recovery planning.
- Manage relationships with HRIS vendors and consultants for maintenance and continuous improvement.
- Mentor and support junior HRIS team members on operations and troubleshooting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of HR professional experience, including 5+ years of direct HRIS experience.
- Experience managing SaaS-based HCM systems (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM); Dayforce experience specifically preferred.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Advanced skills preferred).
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
Nice to have
- Experience with Power BI or other data visualization platforms.
- Previous experience leading HRIS projects.
