What you will do

• Handle BAU requests, including creating and modifying reports and managing supervisory organizations, cost centers, and locations.
• Manage EIB processing, loading, and validation.
• Configure and maintain Workday Benefits and Absence Management modules, including US Benefits knowledge.
• Oversee the candidate lifecycle utilizing Workday Recruiting and VNDLY.
• Manage talent and performance templates, talent cards, and Nbox reporting.
• Gather business requirements and provide technical guidance to business users.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Workday HCM.
• Strong background in Workday configuration.
• Proficiency in creating/modifying Reports, Calculated Fields, Eligibility Rules, and Validation Rules.
• Deep understanding of the Workday ecosystem.
• English: Must be able to speak confidently in English.
• Location: Must be based in Manila, PH.
