What you will do

• Lead the marketing operations function, including process design, campaign operations, planning workflows, and performance management.
• Own and optimize the marketing technology stack, including automation platforms, CRM integrations, and attribution tools.
• Oversee lead lifecycle processes, including scoring, routing, and handoff between Marketing and Sales.
• Build and maintain dashboards to measure marketing performance, pipeline contribution, and ROI.
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Revenue Operations, Finance, Product, and IT to ensure scalable data flows.
• Establish standards for campaign setup, naming conventions, tracking, and data privacy.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in marketing operations, revenue operations, or demand generation operations.
• Advanced experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or Eloqua.
• Strong Salesforce CRM experience, including integrations, lead routing, and funnel reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience supporting B2B marketing environments, preferably in SaaS, technology, or real estate.
• Must be located in New York, NY.
