TL;DR

Senior Customer Success Manager (AI): Acting as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to customers, blending relationship management with a deep understanding of hirify.global’s platform and AI capabilities. Focus on guiding new teams through implementation, driving adoption, optimizing processes, and empowering customers to leverage AI and automation for measurable business outcomes.

Location: Remote, must be based in the United States of America (AMER region). Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

Salary: $110,000–$150,000 USD

What you will do

  • Lead customer onboarding and implementation, translating requirements into scalable hirify.global solutions.
  • Proactively manage account health, user adoption, and stakeholder engagement to ensure long-term success.
  • Conduct workflow analysis (IER framework) to map current and future state processes and recommend optimizations.
  • Drive adoption of hirify.global AI features, build custom workflow Agents, and provide technical training on AI best practices.
  • Serve as a technical partner, connecting adoption to business value, and positioning renewals and expansions.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, translating objectives into actionable insights for product and engineering.

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of hirify.global platform capabilities, automation logic, and AI Agent functionality.
  • Familiarity with generative AI concepts, prompt design, and automation frameworks.
  • Exceptional workflow analysis, process design, and consultative discovery skills.
  • Ability to manage complex customer programs with multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
  • Comfortable using dashboards and metrics to communicate health, adoption, and ROI.
  • Executive presence, strong communication skills, and ability to build trust with customers.
  • Must be based in the United States of America (AMER region).
  • Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
