• Develop and implement Talent Acquisition policies and programs to attract and retain a diverse workforce.
• Utilize a multi-channel strategy to effectively connect with current and future talent.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Charlotte, NC
• Proven experience and passion for employer branding and recruitment marketing.
• High level of motivation and creativity.
• Ability to operate as an individual contributor in a fast-paced consulting environment.
