What you will do

• Review home energy assessments and coordinate bid requests with trade allies.
• Manage a high volume of energy efficiency upgrade projects through various phases from bid to scheduling.
• Provide bilingual assistance to English and Spanish speaking customers and contractors.
• Maintain detailed Excel trackers and program data reports for accuracy and eligibility.
• Collaborate with internal teams and community-based organizations to remove project roadblocks.
• Prepare and review program participation documentation and present at community events.

Requirements

• Residence: Must reside in Oregon or SW Washington.
• Language: Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
• 2-5 years of experience in non-profit organizations, residential contracting, energy efficiency, or construction project management.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
