What you will do

• Manage the complete P&L accounting process for the defined district, ensuring accuracy in income, expenses, and profitability reporting.
• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and KPI reports to management.
• Analyze functional cost centers and variances between actual figures and budgets to recommend corrective actions.
• Oversee the material and inventory cost accounting function for the region, ensuring accurate tracking and allocation.
• Collaborate with commercial leadership and finance teams to provide financial insights supporting operational efficiency.
• Identify and implement process improvements and best practices within the accounting function.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience, preferably with full P&L responsibility.
• Proficiency with SAP.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP reporting.
• Ability to influence people and processes without direct responsibility.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid setup reporting out of the corporate office in Dublin, OH
