What you will do

• Deliver IOP program curriculum consisting of Matrix Model, Seeking Safety, and CBT sessions for a minimum of 3 hours per day.
• Conduct BHG admissions using ASAM criteria to determine the appropriate level of care for IOP patients.
• Provide evidence-based individual counseling, TCM, and crisis support services.
• Develop and maintain clinical documentation, including assessments and treatment plans, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with clinical teams, case managers, and external referral partners to ensure smooth program operations.
• Maintain accurate, complete, and well-organized patient records according to state and BHG requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters level degree required.
• Licensure: LCDP, CADC, or PADC required.
• Must be able to work on-site in Providence, RI.
• Demonstrated knowledge of substance abuse populations and treatment planning.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to handle stressful situations.
