What you will do

• Manage daily operations of assigned healthcare accounts to meet revenue and productivity goals.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate Release of Information Specialists (ROIS) both onsite and remotely.
• Oversee hiring, interviewing, and disciplinary actions for site personnel.
• Ensure strict compliance with HIPAA privacy standards and service agreements.
• Perform quality reviews and prepare operational performance reports.
• Handle medical record requests, scanning, and billing/invoicing processes.

Requirements

• Must be based in Gainesville, FL, USA
• High School Diploma or GED (required); some college preferred.
• Knowledge of HIPAA privacy information standards is required.
• RHIT certification or the ability to pass an ROI Certification course within 90 days is required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel.

Nice to have

• RHIT Certification.

• Medical terminology coursework.
