What you will do

• Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned healthcare accounts and manage onsite staff scheduling and payroll.
• Ensure facility revenue goals are met and identify opportunities to increase productivity.
• Coordinate the training, evaluation, hiring, and termination of Release of Information Specialists (ROIS).
• Review medical record requests for validity based on state and federal statutes.
• Perform quality reviews and site evaluations to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Manage the scanning, capturing, and billing of medical records in accordance with facility procedures.

Requirements

• Must be based in Staten Island, NY, USA (Onsite).
• High School Diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
• Knowledge of HIPAA privacy information standards is required.
• RHIT certification or ability to pass an ROI Certification course within 90 days.
• Valid driver’s license and a history of safe driving.
• Ability to travel is required.

• RHIT Certification.
