Location: Hybrid: Must be based in the Greater Seattle Area or willing to relocate (Minimum expectation to work from the Downtown Seattle Office on Mondays and Thursdays)

Salary: $158,513–$210,822 + 15% bonus

What you will do

• Drive annual planning, forecasting, and long-range financial modeling for customer bookings, revenue, and marketing expenses.
• Serve as a strategic financial partner to senior marketing leaders to improve business outcomes and decision-making.
• Prepare high-impact internal and external financial reporting materials for the Board and investors.
• Lead the financial evaluation of strategic investments and new market opportunities.
• Manage and develop a high-performing FP&A team of three members.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate financial strategy into operational business decisions.

Requirements

• 8-12+ years of progressive finance experience in FP&A or corporate finance at a growth-stage or public tech company.
• 3+ years of people management experience with a track record of developing talent.
• Deep expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
• Exceptional strategic communication skills for presenting to C-Suite and Board audiences.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to connect financial outcomes to operational drivers.
• Must be based in the Greater Seattle Area or willing to relocate.

Nice to have

• Experience in Private Equity environments.
• Experience with IPO or exit processes.
• Familiarity with international finance and multi-currency reporting.
• CPA, CFA, or MBA from a leading program.
• Experience with two-sided marketplaces or platform business models.
