What you will do

• Lead and develop an FP&A team overseeing end-to-end forecasting and reporting for over $1.5 billion in international film revenue.
• Translate complex financial data into clear, executive-level insights to support senior leadership decision-making.
• Drive strategic decision-making through ad hoc analyses and special projects that influence business priorities.
• Own relationships across Distribution Sales and Film Studio executives to provide visibility into performance against budget targets.
• Develop and deliver high-impact executive presentations communicating financial performance, risks, and opportunities.
• Champion continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process enhancements to increase efficiency and transparency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance.
• 7+ years of experience in quantitative analysis, forecasting, and financial modeling.
• Advanced Excel proficiency with the ability to analyze and manipulate high volumes of data.
• Proven leadership skills and experience leading a team or process.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Must be able to work on-site in Universal City, CA at least four days per week.
