What you will do
- Drive revenue growth within assigned books of business through expansion and cross-selling initiatives.
- Identify new business opportunities including new divisions, plants, ports of entry, and transportation modes.
- Execute Long Tail strategies to increase wallet share and reduce customer churn.
- Conduct regular Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and business reviews with customers.
- Coordinate with Operations, Procurement, Product, and Customs teams to ensure solution alignment.
- Maintain Salesforce hygiene, including opportunity management and account mapping.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, customs, or supply chain related industries.
- 7+ years of experience in sales, account management, or customer growth functions.
- Expertise in Salesforce CRM and strong analytical/data mining capabilities.
- Deep knowledge of cross-border logistics, customs brokerage, and domestic transportation.
- Strong relationship management skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Must be based in Monterrey, Mexico for on-site work.
