What you will do

• Perform physical replacement of incompatible desktops and laptops as part of a structured refresh project.
• Execute Windows 11 upgrades on compatible devices and troubleshoot deployment failures.
• Transfer user data and validate application functionality post-upgrade.
• Coordinate with site teams and end users to minimize downtime and operational disruption.
• Document device status, deployment progress, and update asset management systems.
• Diagnose and resolve Windows 11 configuration, driver, and compatibility issues.

Requirements

• Prior hands-on experience performing Windows 11 upgrades and device refresh projects.
• Strong troubleshooting skills related to OS upgrades, drivers, user profiles, and application compatibility.
• Experience replacing desktops and laptops in enterprise environments.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).
• Ability to lift and transport equipment up to 30 lbs.
• Professional demeanor with strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
