What you will do

• Manage implementation, maintenance, and repair of desktop devices, peripherals, telephone systems, and network hardware.
• Execute physical installs, moves, adds, and changes (IMAC) for workstations and peripheral systems.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for Windows-based workstations.
• Maintain professional communication with end-users to resolve technical needs with urgency.
• Operate on a dynamic schedule including travel to local sites, weekends, and after-hours availability.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of relevant IT technical support experience.
• U.S. Citizenship or Green Card holder (sponsorship is not available).
• Ability to pass an extensive, rigorous background check and drug screen.
• Strong knowledge of Windows workstation environments and foundational understanding of Network and Server systems.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook applications.
• Ability to travel to various local sites and work a flexible, on-call schedule.

Nice to have

• CompTIA A+ Certification.
• Previous experience supporting airline or transportation infrastructure.
• Ability to apply technical processes to complex business requirements.
