What you will do

• Provide daily technical support for enterprise IT systems, applications, and infrastructure.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve system incidents to minimize downtime.
• Monitor system performance and proactively detect issues using enterprise tools.
• Manage incident, problem, and event processes, including root cause analysis and documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to implement system enhancements.
• Assist in system testing, validation, and deployment of new IT solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years of experience in IT support, infrastructure, or application support roles.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across systems, networks, and applications.
• Familiarity with Windows/Linux, Network infrastructure, Azure, SAP, and ServiceNow.
• Knowledge of IT security principles and compliance frameworks.
• Employment: Must be worked on W2 basis ONLY (No C2C or 1099 eligibility).
