Learning Experience Designer (Sales Enablement)

Location: Hybrid; three days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) in the San Ramon or San Francisco office, United States

Salary: $85,000–$110,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Design and develop learning solutions, performance support tools, and sales enablement content for global audiences.
• Apply instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles across the learning development lifecycle.
• Conduct learning needs analyses and help translate business requirements into learning and non-learning solutions.
• Contribute to measurement and evaluation plans assessing learning effectiveness and business impact.
• Collaborate with business leaders, subject matter experts, program managers, and learning professionals.
• Manage assigned projects, timelines, implementation, evaluation, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Education, Business, Social Sciences, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience designing and developing learning solutions.
• Working knowledge of ADDIE, instructional design methodologies, and adult learning principles.
• Strong written, verbal, presentation, problem-solving, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work in a hybrid schedule with three required office days per week in San Ramon or San Francisco.

Nice to have

• Experience with commercial, sales, revenue-generating, sales enablement, or sales training organizations.
• Familiarity with the Kirkpatrick Model and other evaluation methodologies.
• Experience with authoring tools, learning technologies, and digital learning platforms.
• Experience designing learning solutions for global audiences and measuring business impact.
