GTM Enablement Specialist (AI)

Location: Redwood City or San Francisco, California, United States; employees are expected to work from their assigned office at least 3 days per week.

Salary: $92,000–$115,000 USD annually for San Francisco and Redwood City locations. The role may also have equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Partner with hirify.global Consulting and GTM Enablement leaders to define role-based curricula and programs.
• Own onboarding for hirify.global Consulting new hires and improve ramp-up effectiveness.
• Build enablement programs aligned with business priorities and stakeholder needs.
• Coordinate with Product and Release Management to deliver technical enablement for product launches.
• Create and deliver self-paced courses, virtual and in-person sessions, and hands-on workshops.
• Measure program effectiveness and business impact while collaborating with Marketing, Product, and cross-functional Enablement partners.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a go-to-market organization or enablement role.
• Interest in technology and products, with an understanding of how to drive adoption across GTM teams.
• Experience setting priorities, managing projects and timelines, and delivering results independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, facilitation, presentation, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Adaptability in fast-paced, evolving environments.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
