Sales Enablement Specialist (DX)

Location: Remote, United States; Salt Lake City is listed as the role location. hirify.global can hire in countries where it has a legal entity.

Base salary: $110,700–$144,525 in Zone C, $119,700–$156,275 in Zone B, or $132,300–$172,725 in Zone A, depending on location.

What you will do

• Build, maintain, and administer AE and SDR onboarding content, learning paths, schedules, checklists, and certifications.
• Facilitate onboarding sessions, role plays, and recurring skills training.
• Manage program logistics, including calendars, invitations, attendance, recordings, communications, assessments, and follow-up.
• Maintain the AE onboarding hub, enablement content library, Confluence resources, and Gong library.
• Create playbooks, job aids, battle cards, learner guides, training decks, and just-in-time resources.
• Coordinate GTM enablement, support product launches, gather feedback, and report on completion, certification, adoption, and content usage.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in enablement.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work remotely from the United States or another country where hirify.global has a legal entity.
