What you will do

• Translate promotional goals into workable web solutions and execution plans.
• Lead the delivery and execution of promotional assets for onehirify.global.com.
• Manage the test roadmap, briefing, and reporting for paid traffic landing pages.
• Execute data-backed A/B and user tests to improve web performance.
• Implement and manage agentic AI workflows to increase operational agility.
• Collaborate with Pricing, Creative, Media, and Analytics teams to align timelines.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in web marketing, digital project management, or e-commerce.
• Working knowledge of CMS platforms and web analytics tools.
• Experience working with Agentic or Generative AI tools.
• Ability to analyze complex requests and propose solutions independently.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be based in New York, NY to support the hybrid work model.
