TL;DR

Enterprise Account Executive (Ai): Landing new enterprise customers and setting the foundation for expansion across lines of business with an accent on thoughtful discovery and value-driven conversations. Focus on running multi-threaded enterprise sales cycles and delivering tailored product demos.

Location: Must live permanently in the United States.

Salary: $250,000 - $275,000 OTE + equity + benefits

What you will do

  • Manage a high volume of inbound leads and actively prospect into named enterprise accounts.
  • Focus on net-new sales, landing the first contract within key accounts.
  • Run multi-threaded enterprise sales cycles from first meeting to close.
  • Deliver tailored product demos and executive presentations.
  • Leverage tools like Salesforce, Gong, and Sigma to manage pipeline and improve forecast accuracy.
  • Contribute to evolving sales motion by identifying what’s working and what’s not.

Requirements

  • Experience leading net-new, multi-stakeholder sales cycles in the enterprise.
  • Experience using methodologies like MEDDPIC or SPICED.
  • Ability to balance inbound velocity with outbound precision.
  • Value clarity, responsiveness, and rigor in pipeline management and forecasting.
  • Curiosity about how things work and ability to connect customer problems with solutions.
  • Collaborative and coachable with a deep care for being a great teammate.
