Location: Remote - San Francisco Bay Area, USA

Salary: $250K – $320K OTE + competitive equity

What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle from initial prospecting to closing and account expansion.
  • Lead discovery conversations and position a highly technical AI platform to stakeholders.
  • Build and grow a territory by engaging directly with AI/ML leaders.
  • Create and execute strategic prospecting plans and tailored sales plays.
  • Manage proof of concepts (POCs) and guide customers through product adoption.
  • Navigate complex technical and business stakeholder environments within enterprise organisations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience.
  • Proven track record of closing complex, high-value deals.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to navigate large enterprise organisations.
  • Self-starter mindset comfortable operating within ambiguity.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical value.
  • Must be based in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling into engineering, data science, or machine learning teams.
  • Familiarity with MEDDIC, BANT, or similar sales methodologies.
