What you will do

• Lead and develop a team of maintenance direct reports.
• Manage all property maintenance including vendor relationships, preventative maintenance, and apartment turns.
• Coordinate resident service requests to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Communicate property maintenance and capital needs to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with operating procedures, regulations, and Environmental Health & Safety standards.
• Manage the maintenance budget efficiently to maximize return on investment.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of technical maintenance and facilities management experience in property management.
• 1-3 years of experience leading teams in customer service and asset maintenance.
• Reliable mode of transportation.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts.
• Physical ability to move heavy equipment and machinery.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
