What you will do

• Execute timely completion of work orders and special projects.
• Perform plumbing and electrical service requests and repairs.
• Manage apartment turns to prepare units for new residents.
• Provide friendly, customer service-oriented support to residents.
• Maintain property exterior and curb appeal, including snow removal in winter.
• Maintain pools, spas, and associated pool areas.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Detroit, MI.
• Strong experience with plumbing, electrical, appliances, and painting.
• Availability for on-call rotations and flexibility to work weekends.
• Successful completion of required background checks and pre-employment drug testing.
• Employment eligibility verification via E-Verify.
• Experience in multifamily housing or the hotel industry preferred.

Nice to have

• Plumbing, contracting, or builders certifications and licenses.
• General computer knowledge.
