What you will do

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair production and facility equipment to support business goals.
• Maintain machinery and electrical equipment, including replacing components, motors, and belts.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose faults in AC and DC motors and controls.
• Inspect and test machinery and equipment prior to releasing them to manufacturing.
• Utilize a variety of hand/power tools and electrical testing equipment like meters and meggers.
• Detect and report faulty operations or defective materials to supervision.

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED.
• Completion of a craft apprenticeship or craft training program.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts in a continuous manufacturing operation.
• Ability to lift and move objects up to 60 pounds consistently.
