What you will do

  • Coordinate and manage maintenance schedules for internal teams and external contractors.
  • Manage inbound work orders and delegate tasks to ensure prompt resolution.
  • Track KPIs to drive performance and maintain project status within budget.
  • Review and approve repair proposals while providing recommendations for operational efficiency.
  • Lead and supervise the facility management team to ensure optimal building conditions.
  • Prepare consolidated reports on budgets, expenditures, and contractual obligations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Class A high-rise multifamily residential buildings.
  • Working knowledge of Mechanical and Fire Systems.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Suite.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in Spanish.
  • Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, BIM360, or Bluebeam.
