TL;DR

Mid-Market Account Executive (SaaS): Driving net-new business in the mid-market segment with an accent on consultative sales and building executive relationships. Focus on mapping product offerings to customer pain points and scaling the mid-market sales motion.

Location: Must be based in the US or Canada and authorized to work there

Salary: $160,000 — $230,000 USD (OTE)

What you will do

  • Drive new business in the mid-market segment for companies with revenue of $2.5 billion and below.
  • Run consultative sales cycles and build strong, trusted relationships with executive stakeholders.
  • Map hirify.global’s product suite to real-world customer problems.
  • Qualify opportunities and close high-value SaaS deals with discipline and integrity.
  • Collaborate with Sales Development, Partner, and Solutions Engineering teams to grow the territory.
  • Provide field feedback to help refine the product and overall sales motion.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional experience, with at least 1+ year in SaaS or tech sales.
  • Proven track record of successfully selling into mid-market accounts.
  • Strong consultative sales skills with a customer-first and transparent approach.
  • Ability to engage and communicate effectively with both business and technical buyers.
  • Startup mindset characterized by adaptability and self-direction.
  • Must reside in the US or Canada and possess valid work authorization for these regions.

Nice to have

  • Experience in cybersecurity or infrastructure sales.
