What you will do

  • Design and manage scalable compensation programs, including base pay, commissions, bonuses, and SPIFs.
  • Lead the administration of sales and customer success compensation plans, including forecasting and performance analysis.
  • Collaborate with Executive Leadership, Finance, RevOps, and HR to align compensation strategy with business goals.
  • Perform market benchmarking and analytics to ensure pay equity and competitiveness.
  • Oversee merit cycles, bonus planning, and commission rollouts.
  • Optimize and automate compensation systems to maintain high accuracy and confidentiality.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in compensation, specifically sales incentive program administration.
  • Proven track record of designing commission structures and bonus programs in fast-paced environments.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with compensation reporting tools.
  • Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with high attention to detail.
  • Experience in SaaS, fintech, or other high-growth technology sectors.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Tableau, AI tools, and workflow automation technologies.
