TL;DR

Account Manager (Healthtech): Owning and growing strategic client relationships post-sale to ensure value realization and account expansion with an accent on behavioral science and AI-driven health interventions. Focus on developing strategic account plans, driving ROI narratives, and maintaining a high-touch onsite presence.

Location: Remote (US). All applicants must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship. A mandatory first week onsite at an office in Tennessee is required.

Salary: $120k - $150k + variable compensation

What you will do

  • Own end-to-end client relationships post-sale, serving as the primary day-to-day contact for stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans focused on retention, growth, and long-term partnership value.
  • Maintain a high-touch engagement model, including 50–75% travel for frequent onsite presence.
  • Translate program activity and insights into clear business outcomes and ROI narratives through MBRs and QBRs.
  • Partner with the PMO to ensure delivery execution aligns with client strategic priorities.
  • Own renewals and the expansion pipeline for assigned accounts.

Requirements

  • Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
  • 7+ years of experience in Account Management or Client Services.
  • Proven experience owning renewals and driving account expansion in consultative or services environments.
  • Direct experience in Healthcare or Healthtech.
  • Experience with SaaS or PaaS products.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Nice to have

  • Experience with AI, data platforms, or engagement solutions.
