Location: Must reside in or around Oregon and California (Field role with approximately 50% travel).

Salary: $83,000 – $130,000 per year (base) + variable bonus and monthly car allowance.

What you will do

  • Drive sales growth in the Semiconductor market with a focus on engineered-to-order (ETO) custom components.
  • Identify emerging trends and innovative technologies to develop electric thermal solutions.
  • Manage complex projects and secure large orders up to and exceeding $1M.
  • Create and execute territory-specific sales strategies across California and Oregon.
  • Collaborate with application engineering to define and communicate the scope of supply for semiconductor products.
  • Provide technical training and guidance to customers to ensure the success of Durex products.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or an equivalent technical discipline.
  • 5-7 years of experience in designing, specifying, quoting, and selling within the Semiconductor Market.
  • Must reside in or around Oregon and California.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical specifications, documentation, and engineering drawings.
  • Proficiency in tracking and managing sales opportunities via CRM software.
  • Ability to travel approximately 50% within the designated region.
