TL;DR

Location: Hybrid; Must be based in the San Jose / Bay Area

Salary: OTE $185,000–$245,000

What you will do

  • Grow strategic named accounts and increase market share through competitive sales strategies.
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle for multi-million dollar deals.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and funnel hygiene using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with local engineering teams and technical experts from the Munich HQ.
  • Act as the primary customer advocate within the company to ensure optimal support.
  • Continuously update technical knowledge of the T&M portfolio and sales methodologies.

Requirements

  • Must be a US citizen or have existing permanent work authorization.
  • 5+ years of experience managing complex accounts.
  • Strong technical background in electrical engineering, physics, or a related field.
  • Fluency in T&M instrumentation, including oscilloscopes, spectrum/network analyzers, and wireless testers.
  • BSEE or similar degree preferred.
  • Exceptional negotiation and high-level communication skills.
