TL;DR
Business Development Manager (NDT & Reliability Services): Driving revenue growth for inspection and mechanical integrity services within industrial markets with an accent on client relationship management and pipeline development. Focus on establishing C-Suite partnerships, prospecting new business opportunities, and aligning with operations to deliver technical services.
Location: San Diego, CA. Must be a "U.S. Person" (Citizen, Green Card, Refugee, or Asylee) due to ITAR export controls.
Salary: $140,000 - $180,000

What you will do
- Achieve year-over-year revenue growth targets for NDT, Mechanical Integrity, and Reliability Services.
- Manage the sales pipeline and document opportunities using Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Develop business plans for target markets, including revenue forecasting and entry roadmaps.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with C-Suite and mid-level management.
- Collaborate with operations to align bid responses and coordinate client scheduling needs.
- Mentor and train new members of the sales team.
Requirements
- 5 years of commercial experience and 5 years of experience in NDT, Mechanical Integrity, or Reliability Services.
- Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Must be a "U.S. Person" for ITAR compliance.
- Ability to travel 50%–80% of the time.
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
- High School Diploma or GED; degree in Engineering, Business, or Finance is preferred.
Nice to have
- Experience working in Pulp & Paper, Power Generation, or Aerospace industrial end markets.
- Graduate or Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Business, or Finance.
