What you will do

• Develop and analyze Manufacturing Master Schedules to monitor progress and identify performance issues in a timely manner.
• Optimize sequence of operations and workflow using critical path methodology and network development.
• Create crew plans to ensure resources are allocated and utilized effectively.
• Establish shop metrics and perform data analysis to tackle complex manufacturing problems.
• Improve operational efficiencies through waste elimination and continuous process improvements.
• Provide technical support to manufacturing and maintenance teams, production supervisors, and associates.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience as an Industrial Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, or in a related role.
• Experience with critical path methodology and time analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and knowledge of manufacturing assembly.
• Experience with continuous improvement and problem-solving methodologies, including Red X.
• Knowledge of production line balancing.
