What you will do

• Develop, format, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
• Collaborate with operators and engineering teams to document best practices and workflows.
• Support document control activities and process updates.
• Assist with continuous improvement initiatives through data collection and analysis.
• Spend time on the production floor to understand operations, safety, and quality standards.
• Support project coordination and operational reporting.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Junior-level undergraduate or graduate student status.
• Available to work full-time daytime hours during Summer 2026.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work safely and effectively in a production environment.
