What you will do

• Assist in the optimization of metal fabrication and assembly processes to meet quality and efficiency standards.
• Develop and maintain work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Monitor production processes and participate in root cause analysis for quality defects.
• Support engineering projects including process validations, capacity analysis, and production trials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new manufacturing technologies.
• Enforce safety protocols, 5S practices, and lean manufacturing principles on the shop floor.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; technical certification or associate degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams.
• Experience with CAD/CAM software such as SolidWorks or AutoCAD.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, components, and hand tools.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
