What you will do
- Develop and implement OD practices aligned with company mission, vision, and goals.
- Partner with HR and business leaders to align learning initiatives with business needs.
- Design and deliver leadership development programs across all organizational levels.
- Manage the annual OD work plan, including gap analysis, budgeting, and vendor management.
- Lead global performance management, talent management, and innovation initiatives.
- Integrate AI-based learning solutions and drive employee engagement initiatives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in OD and Learning within global companies, preferably in high-tech.
- Proven experience rolling out end-to-end programs for Power Skills and Leadership development.
- Understanding of global OD processes, including Performance Management and Employee engagement.
- Experience with AI-powered tools and familiarity with AI trends in HR.
- Strong project management skills for handling multiple cross-organizational priorities.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, or related field (Master's preferred).
Nice to have
- Experience in an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist role.
- Knowledge of modern learning methodologies such as blended learning, microlearning, and experiential learning.
