What you will do

  • Develop and implement OD practices aligned with company mission, vision, and goals.
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to align learning initiatives with business needs.
  • Design and deliver leadership development programs across all organizational levels.
  • Manage the annual OD work plan, including gap analysis, budgeting, and vendor management.
  • Lead global performance management, talent management, and innovation initiatives.
  • Integrate AI-based learning solutions and drive employee engagement initiatives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in OD and Learning within global companies, preferably in high-tech.
  • Proven experience rolling out end-to-end programs for Power Skills and Leadership development.
  • Understanding of global OD processes, including Performance Management and Employee engagement.
  • Experience with AI-powered tools and familiarity with AI trends in HR.
  • Strong project management skills for handling multiple cross-organizational priorities.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, or related field (Master's preferred).

Nice to have

  • Experience in an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist role.
  • Knowledge of modern learning methodologies such as blended learning, microlearning, and experiential learning.
